PHP Machines

We make numerous improvements to our PHP's by using the original factory frame, that is rebuilt with improved electrical and mechanical designs. The machines have state of the art electronics using AC servo drives, with resolver based feedback to eliminate fragile encoders. No moving parts in resolvers, so no chance of encoder failure. The motors are brushless, maintenance free, super heavy duty, and highly efficient. We strive for excellence for any improvements we can make as new electronics develop and the designs evolve. The computers, electronics, and motion controllers are warranted for up to two years, with extended warranties available on CPU. 

Our PHP's have proven to be the fastest, most reliable, and easiest to operate die cutting machines on the market. Every machine is tested thoroughly prior to delivery with 40 hours of run time minimum before delivery, and includes 3-7 days’ installation and training of customers. A  great majority of our clients are repeat customers with multiple machines in the same factories or plants. As of right now, across North America, we have as high as six machines in one facility, with numerous plants with two to four machines.
